HASSLE FREE RETURNS
You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we’ll also pay the return shipping costs at the standard rate. If express shipping is required the customer will pay the difference.
If you have ordered the wrong size we can gladly exchange it for you, you may return your product with the exception of shipping costs. If the item is returned in as new condition with the tags, you should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, simply email customer service at email@example.com. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Customers returning items without proof of purchase or without original tags will only be offered a store credit.
Please choose your item carefully. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
